Welcome to Axon Health Associates! We have two conveniently located office. One office is located on the north side of Indianapolis on Meridian Street, near I-465. Our other office is located in Columbus on Fox Pointe Drive. We are a privately owned mental health practice that provides services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our goal is to provide the highest quality treatment in a professional, comfortable, and confidential setting.

At Axon Health Associates in Indianapolis, we offer an array of comprehensive mental health services within one practice. Therefore, you can receive psychotherapy at the same location you receive medication management services or mental health testing. An expanding area of treatment includes dialectical behavioral therapy groups for both adolescents and young adults. Our highly experienced staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, and nurse practitioners.

We are committed to expanding our knowledge in the fields of psychiatry and psychology, and to staying up to date with the most effective treatments available. Reviewing the most recently published research and evidence-based practices enables us to provide the highest quality care to all of our clients.
